Mechanical Engineers (R&D)
We have an immediate need for Engineers that can assist in the development of new products for the water/wastewater markets. If you like thinking of new ideas/products, creating 3D models, 3D prints, and then creating a finished working prototype this is the position for you.
Maintenance Technicians
We have a need in our Maintenance Department for technicians with an electrical background to provide support for company equipment and production operations.
Structural 2D & 3D Drafters
PMWI is always searching for Structural Drafters to help meet all our work demands. Job duties include detailing and checking of stairways, platforms, miscellaneous metals, structural steel, and many more fabrications. Ability to read and interpret contract drawings. A background in structural or architectural drafting is helpful. Experience with AutoCAD or Advance Steel programs preferred, but not necessary. We offer hourly pay with plenty of available overtime. We are also now providing paid specialized and sophisticated 2D & 3D drafting training for the right individuals looking for long term careers.
Steel Fabricating Estimators
Applicants must be able to read and understand architectural and structural blueprints. Job duties include estimating material & labor costs for structural metals used on water and wastewater plants, buildings, dams, and bridges. Applicants will be trained in all phases of the job.
Procurement & Purchasing
Job positions include purchasing materials for projects. Knowledge of structural steel is helpful.
Welders & Metal Workers
Job positions include aluminum welding, steel welding, stainless steel welding, layout, reading blueprints, and operating machines. Training is available for motivated individuals looking for long term careers with a local company.
Office Assistant/Secretary
Specialized training is available for the right individual looking for a long term career with a local company.
